Tandoori Sizzlers

These dishes are marinated for at least twenty four hours in an exotic sauce blended with freshly ground Punjabi spices, our own Punjabi Masala, fresh herbs and cooked evenly on skewers in a clay oven known as a tandoor. All these dishes are served with pilau rice and tandoori sauce.
