CURRY (medium)
The basic curry sauce is a sauce of medium consistency. Produced from a wide but balanced range of spices.

KORMA (very mild)
A delicate preparation of cream and spices.

BHUNA (medium)
A thoroughly garnished dish of onion, garlic, tomato, chilli and a few selected spices. Medium strength and a little condensed, but one of the most tasty dishes.

DUPIAZA (medium)
A maximum quantity of onions, seasoned and applied with a variety of spices.
